When I asked myself what mood I was in today, the two words that immediately jumped into my head were:
tired and vivacious. (Perhaps a tad oxymoronic, but that's my brain for you.)
But then I looked up vivacious in a dictionary and saw:
So I've decided to just be tired today.
I'm tired because I decided to wake up at 6:30 every morning.
And that's what I've been doing. Every day.
Ok, I'm really only on Day 3, but I feel good about the decision—despite the fact that I promised myself to never consistently wake up at 6:30 in the morning a week after I got home from my mission.
- Maybe one of these days I'll actually eat breakfast
- It helps me fall asleep at night
- It gives me a chance to seize the day (aka'd as: finish my homework)
Speaking of homework, I'm enjoying this semester. I should graduate in December of this year. That's pretty crazy. I've always taken a pretty laid-back approach to planning my schooling and it's just a little weird for me to actually have a plan laid out. You can thank my wife for that. :)
Anyone know of any good technical communication programs?
Anyways, I'm not sure why I'm giving this update, but I thought I'd try asking myself some questions. (Hence the "what mood am I in?")
Y'know, just cuz.
Oh how I love you.
